Limited to monochrome (grey scale) printing (up to 36" wide) & monochrome scanning. Additional prints needed, access to a large format plotter, or archive blueprints, access can be provided beyond the standard 9-5 workday! Larger printing can be accommodated with notice.

Most construction drawings will consist of, but are not limited to: Exterior Elevations, Floor Plans (including Basement Plan), Electrical Layouts (including Basement Plan), Foundation Plan, Floor Joist Framing Layouts, Proposed Roof Layout, Plumbing & Heating Layout, Foundation Isometric, Building Sections, and Construction / Framing Details as required. Structural Engineering details will only be included if that service is requested.
Converting an area of the home (usually the basement) into a suite for a renter. Specific zoning & building code requirements for fire safety and sound transmission between suites.
